"The Paper" Is Printing Soon

In case you haven't seen it yet, the first official trailer for Peacock's "The Paper" dropped a couple weeks ago. While I try to remain as optimistic and hopeful as possible when my favorite shows get reboots or spinoffs, I have to say at this point the characters don't seem very likeable. I do like Oscar though, so that is a plus already. Now, some would argue that was likely the case when the US version of "The Office" came out as well. And you can also argue that this was only a 2 minute and 7 second trailer with not much to go off of. The arguments are fair and I hope it's just simply the fact that the trailer isn't much to go off of and it's all still too new to have much connection to. However, there was also some recent news that instead of releasing 1 episode a week (10 episodes altogether), Peacock will released all episodes on September 4th. Could that mean that even they don't have high hopes for it? I honestly don't know, but I'm going to give it a chance because I love The Office so much. And Greg Daniels has made some great television so if anyone can make this work I think he can. Check out the trailer below and let me know what you think.
